Diagnostic Terms

1. What the Diagnostic is
The Fluency Diagnostic is a 30-minute live session with a trainer. It identifies patterns in how you speak English and gives you guidance on what to work on.
It is a snapshot from a single session. It is not a complete evaluation, a certified language test, or a clinical assessment. It does not diagnose any medical, psychological, or learning condition, and nothing said during or after the session should be understood that way.
2. Results
Fluency Stack does not guarantee specific results or timelines — from the Diagnostic, or from any training recommended afterward. How much you improve depends on your starting point, your effort, and your consistency.
3. Payment, rescheduling and cancellation
The $47 fee is due when you book, and reserves a live, one-on-one session.
Need to reschedule? Let us know at least 24 hours before your session and we’ll find a new time at no extra cost.
Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, since that time could have gone to someone else.
If something urgent comes up, get in touch. Genuine emergencies are handled case by case.
4. Recording
Diagnostic sessions are recorded. The recording is used to review your session properly afterward — much of what the Diagnostic identifies can only be heard on a second listen — and to improve how the Diagnostic is run.
Recordings are never shared publicly and are never used in marketing without your separate, explicit permission.
By booking a session, you agree to it being recorded. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell us before the session — but the Diagnostic depends on recorded review, so we may not be able to run it.
5. Your information
Before your session you’ll fill in a short form. During the session, notes and findings are recorded. This is used to prepare your results and to recommend the right kind of training for you.
Your information is not sold or shared with third parties. Booking and payment are handled by Acuity Scheduling and Stripe, who process your details under their own privacy policies.
Recordings and session notes are kept for twelve months and then deleted.
6. Feedback and testimonials
With your permission, we may ask to use your comments — or, separately and only with your explicit consent, a short clip — in marketing. This is always optional, and saying no has no effect on your session or on any recommendation you receive.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluency Stack’s liability arising from the Diagnostic is limited to the amount you paid for it. Fluency Stack is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the session, or from decisions you make based on it.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time you book.
